How far in advance should I order my flowers?

We would suggest placing your order with as much notice as possible to avoid any stress. We require at least one week's notice for items ordered from the Ready-to-Wear Collection. You can get in touch about last minute requests, however, we reserve the right to cancel any orders placed within the one week notice period.

Can I add additional items after my order has already been placed?

Yes, you can. We require at least 72 hours notice, however if you find yourself in a pickle we will always try our hardest to accommodate any last minute additional requirements. Just give us a call or send an email to and have your order number ready.

Can I get items delivered to different addresses?

Yes, you can. Please group and check out your items for delivery to each address separately. For example, if you want your bridal party flowers delivered to your home and your reception flowers delivered to your venue, you willl need to place a separate order for each. Please note, if you are having flowers delivered to your venue, make sure they are expecting them. This is a delivery only service, and installation is not an option.

When should I get my flowers delivered?

We suggest getting your flowers delivered on the morning of your wedding where possible, or the afternoon before, to ensure they are looking fresh and beautiful for your big day. Please include your actual wedding date in the Special Instructions box when you're checking out.

Deliveries will be made before 12pm on your chosen date. If you require the flowers the day before, please let us know in the Special Instructions at check out in order for us to adjust your delivery time.

Can I collect my flowers instead of having them delivered?

Yes, this is certainly possible. Check out your order through the website as normal, let us know in the Special Instructions, or call or email, that you would prefer to collect and we can refund you the delivery charge.

How should I store my flowers?

Buttonholes, flower crowns, hair flowers and corsages (basically anything out of water) must be stored in a fridge or cool spot. Your bouquets will come in water, however be sure to keep any flowers out of any bright sunlight and a cool, dark spot is advisable for all.

How is my bridal bouquet different from a regular bouquet on the website?

Bridal bouquets are created with care and intricacy to look the very best on your wedding day. We include more flowers in a greater density so that your bouquet is beautiful from every angle for your guests to admire and to ensure they photograph gorgeously. Bridal flowers are bound differently to a gift bouquet so they are easy for you to carry down the aisle and are durable for the duration of your wedding day.

Can you include specific varieties of flowers in my order?

Depending on availability we can look to add in specific flowers however this is not always possible and there may be an additional charge. Please ket us know in the Special Instructions box if you would like us to include any specific flower varieties and we will do our best to include them if availability allows.

If you would like to discuss a fully bespoke service, you can do so here.

Will my bouquets have a ribbon?

For bridal, bridesmaid and flower girl bouquets, and for floral crowns and wrist corsage, a neutral toned or colour complementing ribbon will be used. Buttonholes will be bound with twine.

How long will my wedding flowers last for?

We create your flowers to look sensational on the day of your wedding, meaning they are at their prime on that day.

Everything is yours to keep after the big day so you can take them and dot them around your home or give them to your guests as gifts at the end of the event. If you would like to keep your bridal bouquet after your wedding, we suggest looking into drying it or having it pressed.

Does my loyalty discount apply to wedding flowers?

No, discount codes do not apply to wedding flowers.
