HOW TO FIND US
We are located at 15 East Norton Place, EH7 5DR, Edinburgh.
Train: The nearest station is Edinburgh Waverley. Our school is approximately a 25 minute walk from the station behind Calton Hill.
Driving: If you plan on driving to Narcissus Flower School, you can find free parking in the Abbeyhill colonies adjacent to our school. This is available on a first come, first serve basis and is used by other commuters and residents.
Taxi: Narcissus Flower School is easily accessible by taxi.

WHAT ARE YOUR OPENING HOURS?
Our office is open from 9am to 5.30pm. Our school is open during the class hours only or by appointment.
ARE YOUR PROFESSIONAL COURSES ACCREDITED?
At the end of your flower course you will receive a certificate of completion from Narcissus Flower School. To achieve a certificate of attendance you must attend at least 80% of the course.
HOW DO I BOOK A COURSE?

HOW DO I PAY?
For evening and day classes you are required to pay the full amount on booking. For Professional courses you can choose to pay a deposit or pay in full when booking a course on our website. Full and final payment must be made 2 weeks prior to the course date on longer Professional courses.
DO YOU SELL FLOWER COURSE GIFT VOUCHERS?
Yes. A gift voucher for our Flower School is a unique and generous gift. You can buy gift vouchers online, over the phone or in person at our shop at 87 Broughton Street. You can either buy a voucher for a specific class or an open voucher which can be redeem against any of our classes.
WHAT HAPPENS IF I NEED TO CANCEL MY COURSE?
If you need to cancel your flower course, please contact us immediately. Please see our Terms and Conditions for our cancellation policy.
CAN I TRANSFER MY COURSE?
If you are unable to attend a course which has already been booked, you may be able to defer to another date, subject to availability, and at our discretion. Classes bought as specific gift vouchers are non-transferrable to other classes. Please see our Terms and Conditions for the notice period required for transfers.

DO YOU OFFER CORPORATE COURSES?

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?
All materials and equipment will be provided on the day.
IS FOOD PROVIDED?
Tea, coffee and other refreshments are always on offer at our school. Light nibbles are provided on evening courses, and a lunch is provided on full day classes. Lunch is not provided on Professional Courses, but there are various grocery stores and cafes nearby where students can get lunch.
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
It can be chilly in our Flower School (that’s the way the flowers like it) so we advise wearing something warm and comfortable. Comfortable shoes are also recommended, as you will be on your feet for much of the class. We will provide you with an apron to protect your clothes for practical sessions.
CAN WE TAKE PHOTOS AND RECORD CLASSES?
Students are allowed to take photographs of their own work, but we kindly request that the floristry classes are not recorded. Please ask permission of other students before taking photographs of their work.
Most international students can attend any course on a normal tourist visa, but should ensure this is in place prior to booking.
If you do not hold a UK / EU / EEA passport, you may require a visa that allows you entry to the United Kingdom in order to take one of our courses.
