The Tropical Indoor Planter, Thursday 3rd October 2019
As the cold begins to rule the outside world again, we turn our focus to cultivating our indoor spaces to bring life and joy into our homes; helping us cope better with the gloomier months ahead. Green is a soothing colour that makes us feel safe and calm, and can really boost one's mood!
As far as easy-to-care-for houseplants go, those retro cheese plants you've seen all over Instagram are your new best friend! Planted up with bold calathea, a nigh impossible to kill cast iron plant (the clue is in the name) and some other draping foliages like pothos or trailing ivy; you've got yourself a modern, stylish new addition for windowsill or disused fireplace!
In this class we will teach you not only how to plant a group of lovely tropical plants in a chic rectangular planter, but also how to look after your new green friends - from repotting and fertilising to dealing with pesky pests and propagation. Budding indoor gardeners, this one is for you!
The class runs on Thursday 3rd October 2019 from 6.30pm to 9pm at our Flower School (15 East Norton Place, EH7 5DR). All materials and flowers are included as is a glass or two of bubbly.
This class can be booked on its own or as part of the The Full Narcissus Autumn Workshops and make a saving of £40 plus receive a Narcissus Florist Kit.
If you would like to buy this class as a gift, you may purchase a Narcissus Flower School Gift Voucher.
